New Story partners with school districts to provide targeted behavioral, clinical, and systems support in public school settings. Our specialists work alongside school teams to respond to student needs, strengthen practices, and build sustainable capacity.
Universal Supports and Systems Capacity Building
Supports public school teams in implementing MTSS Tier 1 through district- and classroom-wide consultation, coaching, and practical tools. Focus areas include ABA-informed strategies, alignment with Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), social-emotional wellness programming, IEP planning and interventions, and outcomes tracking and reporting
Direct Autism Support Services with Clinical Supervision
Provides supervised, school- or district-based autism support, including assessment, program start-up and refinement, direct intervention, Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans, staff training, and daily data collection and progress monitoring. These Tier 2 services are delivered by New Story Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and may include Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with clinical supervision.
Direct Mental Health Counseling Services with Clinical Supervision
Delivers individual, group, and family counseling for identified students, along with PBIS-informed consultation, progress monitoring and reporting, family collaboration, and coordination with outside providers as appropriate. These Tier 2 services are provided by New Story Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed School-Based Mental Health Counselors.
